KRAFTWERK Berlin doesn't offer car parking. There are only limited public car parking spaces in the vicinity. Parking is available for a fee.

VEKTOR @ KRAFTWERK Berlin is a place for everyone. We welcome great diversity: Berliners, tourists, families, school classes, students, seniors, artists, creatives and much more. It is very important to us to enable people of all ages, backgrounds, skin colours, sexual orientations and physical disabilities to enjoy an extraordinary and uncomplicated visit.

 

To ensure that we can offer all our guests a unique experience at VEKTOR, please note the following rules:

 

1. Opening hours: Notices and public announcements apply. The booked time/day is binding and non-transferable. If you have any questions, our staff will be happy to help you. We will do our best to offer you an alternative in special cases, but there is no entitlement to compensation in the event of no-shows, sickness or delays. 

 

2. Please make sure that your mobile phones are switched to silent mode on the premises. In order to ensure that all visitors can enjoy a relaxed stay, we ask you to refrain from using mobile phones (except for taking photos without flash).

 

3. Photography is only permitted without flash. Any commercial use of films and photos shot on the premises of VEKTOR @ KRAFTWERK Berlin requires the written authorisation of the management. If necessary, VEKTOR @ KRAFTWERK Berlin may issue a general ban on photography for artwork and exhibition spaces. 

 

4. You are liable within the legal framework for any damage caused by you or those entrusted to you. In the event of intentional or negligent triggering of the alarm devices or disturbances that require the interruption of the event, the responsible visitors shall bear the costs incurred.

 

5. Please take care of your belongings and other private items. Do not leave any bags or similar items unattended in the exhibition area. No liability can be accepted for lost or damaged items. If you have found or forgotten items in the rooms or on the grounds, please let us know. We will be happy to help you. Please note that there are no lockers or cloakrooms in the exhibition. 

 

6. Smoking is prohibited in the entire exhibition area. The smoking ban also includes the use of e-cigarettes, shisha and e-shisha or similar. The use of drugs is strictly prohibited, including the excessive consumption of alcohol. Entry may be refused to people suspected of being under the influence of illegal drugs or alcohol.

 

7. We have a very strict no outside food, drinks or alcohol policy. Guests are not permitted to bring in any of their own food or drinks into the exhibition.

 

8. Animals, with the exception of trained assistance dogs, are not allowed on the entire premises.

 

9. For your safety the premises are under video surveillance. 

 

The instructions of the supervisory staff must be followed. In special situations, these instructions may also go beyond the behavioural instructions already specifically listed in these house rules. In the event of violations of these or disruptions to exhibition operations, visitors may be asked to leave the premises. In the event of repeated offences, visitors may be banned for a limited or unlimited period of time. 

 

VEKTOR employees are authorised to exercise the house rules in the interests of the management.

 

Please generally behave as calmly and considerately as you would expect from other visitors, so that everyone can have a great experience together at VEKTOR.

For severely disabled persons: - with at least 50% reduction in earning capacity / on presentation of the appropriate identification - If a "B" is entered in the disabled pass, admission is free for one accompanying person.

    Each visitor needs to bring their own ticket. In this way, we can ensure that your experience is not disrupted by too many people being on-site at any one time, and that safety regulations may be observed without difficulty.

  • FOR HOW LONG IS MY TICKET VALID?
    The VEKTOR ticket is a day ticket with a date specified on the ticket. You can enter the exhibition within the time frame specified on your ticket (opening hours). Last admission is 1 hour before closing time. On average, a visit to the exhibition takes about 1 hour. You can of course stay in the exhibition as long as you like. Re-entry is not possible.
  • WHAT COUNTS AS PROOF OF ELIGIBILITY FOR A REDUCED TICKET?
    Discounted tickets are available for pupils, students and severely disabled persons on presentation of appropriate proof. For pupils and students: - A school or university ID card that is properly dated and confirms that one is pursuing a full-time course of study - A current dated letter on university or school letterhead with an official stamp confirming full-time student status - For international students - Certified translations of the above documents or ISIC card. For severely disabled persons: - with at least 50% reduction in earning capacity / on presentation of the appropriate identification - If a "B" is entered in the disabled pass, admission is free for one accompanying person.
  • CAN MORE THAN ONE PERSON ENTER WITH MY TICKET?
    Each visitor needs to bring their own ticket. In this way, we can ensure that your experience is not disrupted by too many people being on-site at any one time, and that safety regulations may be observed without difficulty.
  • CAN I TRANSFER MY TICKET TO SOMEONE ELSE?
    Yes. The tickets are not personalized.
  • CAN I BUY MULTIPLE TICKETS?
    You can enter the desired number of tickets per day in the ticket shop. Important: If only "1" is displayed for your booking, this is the last available ticket for that day.
  • CAN I CHANGE THE ENTRY DATE OF MY TICKET? CAN I RETURN MY TICKET AND GET A REFUND?
    Tickets cannot be exchanged or rebooked and cannot be cancelled. However, under certain circumstances, your ticket may be transferred to another person. We will do our best to offer you an alternative in special cases, but there is no entitlement to compensation in the event of no-shows, sickness or delays. Please contact our customer service directly at tickets@whitevoid.com

    We ask all visitors to save the resources of our environment and to avoid using paper print-outs. You can gain entry by showing the ticket on your mobile.
  • IS MY TICKET VALID FOR ALL AREAS OF THE EXHIBITION?
    Your ticket entitles you to visit the VEKTOR exhibition at Kraftwerk Berlin. All other events and exhibitions at Kraftwerk Berlin and Tresor are not covered by the VEKTOR ticket.
  • CAN I RESERVE A TICKET AND PICK IT UP AT THE ENTRANCE?
    Unfortunately, we cannot accept reservations. If you would like to secure your visit on the desired day, you must book your ticket in advance and bring it with you to the exhibition. Booking ONLINE will speed up your check-in process.

    We offer different types of tickets: regular, discounted and special tickets on weekdays for school groups of 20 people or more. Please book your tickets ONLINE.
